This Privacy Policy explains how Danielle Stone, doing business as LPR Business Services (“LPR Business Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit lapiedraroja.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We keep our data practices deliberately narrow: we collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep the Site running securely, and we do not sell your information.

1. Who we are

LPR Business Services provides bookkeeping, accounting, controller, and CFO-level advisory services. This Site is our marketing website. For any question about this Policy or your information, use the contact details in Section 12.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write (all required), and, if you choose to provide them, your business name and industry.

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you include in that communication. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial details (such as account numbers or tax identifiers) through the Site’s contact form or by unencrypted email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider records standard technical information for security and reliability, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. We also use a privacy-first, cookieless web analytics tool that measures Site traffic in aggregate (for example, which pages are most visited). This tool does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you.

Cookies

We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from abuse and keep it functioning. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will continue to work normally.

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to the information we receive to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we use reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business communications, and thereafter as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete it. Aggregate analytics data does not identify you individually.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: to access the information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 12. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it (described in this Policy), the right to request access to or deletion of that information, and the right to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide our services.

Canadian residents (PIPEDA)

If you are in Canada, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. We collect and use personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy and with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our LinkedIn page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
